Key Achievements: Created 2022 visual brand book to streamline creative after multiple rebrands. Creative directon for refreshed global visual merchandising across multiple retailers. Provided major cost savings by personally shooting e-comm and campaign needs.

Concept, direct & design compelling multichannel campaigns & photo/video shoots for new product launches & continuing promotions (DTC, Amazon, paid/organic social, packaging, print, & OOH). Lead internal and external teams of 5-10+ designers/creatives & collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to create product-first assets that drive engagement, capture clicks, & ultimately convert.
Key Achievements: Creative direction for 2 of 9 of Lady Gaga’s most liked 2020 IG images. Launch/rollout of creative toolkits. Introduced efficiencies that increased volume of assets created per campaign by 200%+. Photographed Lady Gaga for the 10th Anniversary of Born This Way album Bad Kid Vault.

Concept, direct & design integrated 360° campaigns, photo shoots, & product launches (websites, emails, packaging, print, retail & OOH) across Guthy-Renker’s’ portfolio of 14+ skincare, cosmetics & wellness brands. Manage a team of 5 internal & external designers.
Key Achievements: Creative direction for the rebrand of Crepe Erase, one of the company’s highest-performing brands. Maintained 100% retention & increased hiring of creative team throughout company restructure through to departure.
